Is Spice Market swimwear true to size?
Here at Spice Market we know how important fit is! Please view our Size Guide to determine what size is the best fit for you.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, it takes us about 1-3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
If your order should have arrived and you have not received it, please e-mail us at shop@spicescottsdale.com so we can address any issues and get your order to you as soon as possible.
I ordered an item that is on "Pre-Order", what does that mean?
Some of our items are sold as pre-orders, which means that its an advance purchase for products that we currently do not have in stock, but that are scheduled to be in stock soon! Pre-order items are identified with "Pre-Order" in the product name and on the product page itself, along with an expected shipping date.
I ordered items that are on "Pre-Order" and some that are in-stock, when will I get them?
If your order includes both in-stock as well as pre-order item(s), all items in your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) arrive. If you need the in-stock items to be shipped first, please e-mail us at shop@spicescottsdale.com.
What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged, or defective?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us via e-mail at shop@spicescottsdale.com within 5 days of receiving your order containing your order number and photo(s) of any damaged/defective item(s) so we can better assist you.
Is there a specific way to wash my Spice Market swimsuit?
We know that machine-washing your swimsuit is the easiest, but in order to ensure the longest life for your swimwear, we strongly suggest hand-washing your pieces because washing machines can be rough and end up snagging bikini ties and fabric. If you choose to machine-wash your suit, make sure to run it on a delicate cycle and hang-dry after washing.
Please make sure to rinse your swimsuit after taking a dip in the pool or ocean and chlorine and/or salt can make fabrics fade over time!
How can I be featured on Spice Market's Social Media accounts or Promos?

Duties, Tariffs, & Taxes for International Orders
We aim to provide the most seamless and transparent shopping experience, so we try our best to include all duties and taxes for international orders when shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Given the current political climate and the ever-changing tariffs and taxes, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that additional costs will not occur. We will continue to try our best to be transparent and will update our fees in accordance with international trade laws.
